Shipping policy

Domestic shipping

• Delivery time is between 5 to 10 working days through a trusted courier service.
• All shipping within India is not chargeable.
• We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday) excluding public holidays.
• While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
• We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed. We aim to confirm all dispatched within 72 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
• If you believe the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package and call our Customer Care or at info@devinajuneja.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
• Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations

  *Note:In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.

International shipping

The approximate delivery time is 5-10 working days from the date of order. We will share a tracking number on dispatch of order. We are happy to provide free international shipping. We will get in touch in case we incur additional custom charges.

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Please note that our shipments are made door-to-door, so we are unable to deliver to a PO Box. The courier will attempt to deliver to your shipping address three times if you are unavailable. They will also get in touch with you on the phone or via e-mail, so please keep a look out for such correspondence.

Note: International shipments sometimes may attract additional duties and taxes that may be levied on an order once it has reached the destination state or country. In all cases, the customer is liable to clear any such additional charges with the courier company in order to release the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to state the exact amount of such charges at the time an order is placed since charges vary widely between states and countries.

We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed. We aim to confirm all dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation.

FORCE MAJEURE: Durgesh International (parent company of Devia Juneja) shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to acts of god, terrorism, riots, etc.
